This week Bank of America released news of an additional seller incentive for those qualified for enhanced relocation payments up to $30,000.  There are of course case-by-case conditions that calculate the end figure like amount of loan, value of the home but being matched to the program that fits you has never been easier.

Our Dream Homes Team is trained on agent initiated short sales and can cut down on red tape and endless transferred phone calls. Whether Bank of America has reached out to you already or you’re curious and considering your options, we can help jump start the process with zero obligation.

Once we identify your eligibility things can move quickly and we have the track record to prove it. Since January 2012, we’ve closed 10 short sale deals 4 of which were Bank of America Cooperative Short Sales and currently have 5 more Bank of America pending contracts, set to close within the month that are all receiving minimum $2,500 just for participating.

As a Bank of America preferred agent it has given us access to the revamped process and although it is not perfected the cooperative system alleviates many typical pitfalls and expedites the experience leaving the seller and buyer satisfied customers.

Feel free to contact us no matter what bank institution you are dealing with as we have extensive experience with others including Chase, CitiFinancial, Wells Fargo, Ocwen and more.

The Dream Homes Team is happy to help and would like to see you avoid foreclosure. Contact Ian Anderson (386) 503-2020 or email at Ian@TheDreamHomesTeam.com, to start the simple process with a brief questionnaire.
